How It Works
1. Initial Consultation
We discuss your goals, training experience, current lifestyle, nutrition, available equipment and any relevant limitations.
2. Personalised Programme
You receive an individual training and nutrition strategy designed around your goals and circumstances.
3. Weekly Check-Ins
You submit regular progress updates, including your training performance, body weight, measurements, photographs and feedback where applicable.
4. Programme Adjustments
Your training, nutrition targets and overall strategy may be adjusted based on your progress and feedback.
5. Ongoing Support
You receive continued guidance, accountability and communication throughout your coaching period.
Coaching Prices
Coaching prices depend on the level of service required.
The full price, payment frequency, minimum coaching period and services included will always be clearly confirmed before a client makes a payment.
No payment will be collected without the client first being informed of the total cost and applicable payment terms.
Results
Results vary between individuals.
Results depend on factors including consistency, training effort, nutrition, sleep, stress, medical history, lifestyle, genetics and the accuracy of information supplied by the client.
Testimonials and client transformations represent individual experiences and do not guarantee that every client will achieve the same result.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to online coaching services provided by TSM ONLINE VENTURES LIMITED, trading as Macmillan Physique.
2. Coaching Payments
Payments provide access to personalised coaching services, programme creation, online support, check-ins and any other services described before the client joins.
Payments may be made as a one-off payment or collected on a recurring basis, depending on the coaching package selected.
The full payment amount and payment schedule will be explained before payment is collected.
3. Cancelling Coaching
Clients may request cancellation by emailing:
Cancellation requests should be submitted before the next scheduled payment date.
Where a recurring coaching agreement does not include a minimum term, cancellation will normally take effect at the end of the current paid coaching period.
Where a minimum coaching term has been agreed, the client remains responsible for payments due during that minimum term unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Stopping payment through a bank, card provider or payment processor does not automatically cancel the coaching agreement.
4. Refunds
Because online coaching involves personalised programme creation, professional time and access to digital services, payments are normally non-refundable once coaching work has started or access to the service has been provided.
Refund requests may be considered where:
-
A payment was taken incorrectly
-
A duplicate payment was collected
-
The purchased service was not provided
-
A refund is required under applicable consumer law
-
Exceptional circumstances are accepted by TSM ONLINE VENTURES LIMITED
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.
5. Unused Coaching Services
Clients are responsible for completing check-ins, following their programme and communicating with their coach.
A refund will not normally be provided because a client:
-
Did not complete check-ins
-
Did not follow the programme
-
Did not use the coaching application
-
Did not communicate with their coach
-
Changed their mind after coaching work started
-
Did not achieve their expected result
6. Cooling-Off Rights
Where applicable, consumers purchasing services online may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days.
Where the client asks for coaching work to begin during this cancellation period, the client acknowledges that charges may apply for services already provided.
Where a personalised programme or digital coaching service has already been supplied with the client’s agreement, the right to cancel may be affected to the extent permitted by law.
This policy does not remove any statutory consumer rights.
7. Payment Disputes
Clients should contact us directly before raising a payment dispute or chargeback so that we have the opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.
